Tommy Bailey - Street Department Working Foreman
The Linton Street Department maintain and repair City Streets.
The Street Department is responsible for:
- maintaining city sidewalks and curbs
- repairing pot holes
- repair or replacement of signs
- snow removal
- street sweeping
- mosquito fogging
- leaf pickup
The Street Department is also responsible for maintaining 600 plus acres of the City Parks as well as the Cemetery.
The Sanitation Department is responsible for trash and dumpster routes throughout the city, they also perform other department related duties.
